Payment and Cancellation Policy
We ask for a deposit of 50% of your rental fee. For rental periods of three weeks or more, the deposit policy is ten (10) nights rental fee. Your deposit and signed Rental Agreement are due within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. Payment of the balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. A full refund will be made if a cancellation notice is received 45 days prior to arrival date and we are able to re-rent the unit. After that date, deposit is forfeited.
